Module 2: Fundamentals of Cybersecurity Readiness

  • –What is needed to be compliant with federal and corporate cyber standards
  • –Learn the (17) controls and (6) domains required for CyberReadyMBE® designation

Module 3: Workforce Capabilities and Readiness

  • –Learn how the designation aligns with government and corporate standards
  • –Understand how cybersecurity impacts doing business with federal and corporate organization

Module 5: Matchmaking and Leveraging Resources

  • –Learn how to leverage your CyberReadyMBE® Designation
  • –Corporate representatives will participate in breakouts to engage with MBEs
Cybersecurity Gap Assessment
Required to obtain a CyberReadyMBE® Designation
  • Required to obtain a CyberReadyMBE® Designation 
  • –Cost is $1,000 paid for by the MBE
  • –MBE receives a tailored CyberReadyMBE® pathway document explaining readiness and gaps
  • –Access to the platform until gaps are closed to upload remediation reports
  • –Receive recommendations for remediation from trusted partners
  • –Companies that pass receive a CyberReadyMBE® designation from Industry Workforce Solutions and the NMSDC
